We spend a month inside your company first
Before a line of code is written, we work on site with your team for a full month — sitting with the people who will use the portal every day, following how work actually moves between departments, and finding the steps that waste their time. The proposal that follows is built from what we saw, not from what a template assumed.
Led personally by our Head of Development — not handed to a junior analyst.
What you receive
- Workflow map of how work actually moves today
- Time-and-cost baseline, measured in your own numbers
- Clickable prototype of your key screens
- Quick wins you can apply immediately — no software needed
- Phased build roadmap + fixed-price proposal
- Closing presentation to leadership, and a session for your staff
All six are yours to keep, whether or not you go ahead with the build.
A mutual NDA is signed before we begin. Your data and your operations stay yours; our methods and materials stay ours.
This phase does not include development, data migration, or integration with your existing systems — those are quoted separately from the roadmap.

All prices in QAR. Add-ons (payment gateway, booking, blog, extra pages) and SEO / AI-visibility are available on request. Most agencies in Qatar make you chase a quote — we publish ours.
Custom or WordPress?
Both produce a professional five-page site. The difference is what you actually need, and we will tell you straight which one that is once we have heard what you are after.
| Criterion | Fully custom | WordPress |
|---|---|---|
| Price, 5 pages | QAR 2,500 | QAR 1,399 |
| Best for | A site that has to be a brand asset in itself, or that needs something a standard structure can't do cleanly | Most small businesses that want a professional site and want to edit it themselves |
| How it's built | Hand-written code, designed to your brief, no page-builder bloat | WordPress with a theme, tailored to your brand and content |
| Design freedom | Full control of layout, motion and how it behaves on every screen | Wide freedom inside the theme; a few ideas may be constrained by it |
| Editing it yourself | Depends on the CMS we agree in the scope | The WordPress dashboard — text, images and pages, no developer needed |
| Time to launch | Longer — more is decided from scratch | Faster — it starts from proven components |
| Adding features later | Best where the requirement is unusual and we planned the architecture for it | Best for ordinary growth — more pages, forms, a blog, common integrations |
| Ongoing licence costs | None. The code is yours, with nothing to renew | Many plugins are free, but some are paid and renew yearly. If your features need one, we tell you the cost before we use it — never after |
| Changing developer later | Depends on the stack and the handover documentation | Easy — WordPress developers are everywhere |
| Choose this if… | The website itself is part of the brand, or WordPress genuinely can't do what you need | You want a polished business site without a specific reason to build from scratch |
Before you ask
Do I own the website?
Yes. When the project is finished you receive the full folder of project files, plus every login — hosting, domain, CMS and code. The design, content and code we build for you are yours. The parts that were never ours to give — WordPress itself, plugins, fonts, stock photography — stay under their own licences, exactly as they would with any developer. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name, so you can move to someone else whenever you want.
How long does a website take?
A week at the very minimum, and most sites run two to three weeks from the day content arrives. Stores, apps and portals get their own schedule. The biggest variable is content and feedback: a five-page site with text and photos ready moves quickly, while the same site waiting on copy can take a month. If anything slips on our side, you hear it from us first.
Are there costs beyond the package price?
Sometimes, and we would rather you heard it here than after you have committed. Hosting and your domain are billed to you by the provider, not by us. On WordPress, most plugins we use are free, but a few features rely on paid ones that renew yearly — if yours does, we tell you the cost before we build with it. A payment gateway also charges its own transaction fee. Custom builds carry no licence renewals at all.
What about hosting and the domain?
If you already have them we build onto what you own. If not, we open them in your name on whichever provider suits the project and the budget — Cloudflare, Hostinger, GoDaddy or Shopify. The accounts are yours from day one and the provider bills you directly, so you are never locked to us.
Do you build in Arabic?
Yes, and properly — genuine right-to-left layout with a language switcher, not an English site with Arabic pasted in. This site you are reading is bilingual and built by us. The add-on covers building the Arabic side and putting your Arabic content into it; translation and Arabic copywriting are quoted separately if you would like us to write it.
What do you need from me to start?
Once the project is booked: your logo and brand colours, photos of the business, and the text for each page — plus any sites you like the look of, which tells us more than a brief ever does. If some of it is not ready, say so before we start rather than after; we will either move the schedule or quote to produce it for you.
What if I don't like the design?
Say so plainly — we would rather hear it early, and we are not finished until you are happy putting your name on it. Every package includes two revision rounds, each one a single consolidated list of your comments. If the design has genuinely missed the brief we agreed, we fix that at our cost and it does not use up one of your rounds. Extra rounds are QAR 300 each, and a completely new direction after the first was approved is a new scope we would quote before starting — you will never find a cost on an invoice that we did not agree with you first.
What happens after launch?
You get a walkthrough at handover and the site is yours to run. Most clients take a care plan anyway, because a live site still needs updates installed, backups kept and someone to notice when something breaks at 9pm — that is what it covers, from QAR 350 a month. It is optional and month to month, and choosing not to take one changes nothing about your ownership or your access.
Do you work with clients outside Qatar?
Yes. We work remotely as standard — online meetings, staged approvals and a digital handover at the end. Your proposal confirms the currency and payment method before anything begins.
